We welcome original manuscripts contributing to the topics of the conference. “Full papers” are encouraged, but “Extended abstracts” of up to two pages may also be submitted. Organizer committee recommends that Papers should be done in English language but Spanish language is also accepted. All full submissions will be double blind and peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability.
The submission of contributions for the Conference will have two phases:
(1) The first phase consists of the submission of a “Full Paper” (max. 8 pages) or an “Extended Abstract” (max. 2 pages) that will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. You must follow the approved template:
To submit your Full Paper or Extended Abstract to the Conference, please go to the On-Line Conference System (OCS)
If you do not have an OCS account, You have to register. Then, you have to log in and submit your paper.
In SUBMIT ABSTRACT, you have to introduce the information below.
(2) The second phase, for the accepted contributions, implies to produce the final camera-ready paper with the appropriate template. If you sent a Full Paper (in Blind Format) you have to send it now in Full Paper Format. But if you sent only an Extended Abstract (in Blind Format) you must send it now in Extended Abstract Format. The final camera-ready papers must be uploaded in pdf format, following the appropriate template (including the authors’ name).
When you are trying to upload the final camera-ready paper, you will have to upload a “SOURCE ARCHIVE” also. This file is a zip file which includes the Extended Abstract (.doc file). If your contribution is a Full Paper, it will be necessary to do an Extended Abstract with a maximum of 2 pages using the corresponding template, where you write a summary of your paper. This Extended Abstract will be included in the CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS.
Extended Abstracts that do not meet these requirements will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.
